Kim has been working in the bookkeeping and company compliance profession for the last 22 years. She was the Financial Manager for a Consulting Engineering Company before deciding to offer her skills to Smaller Companies in a Consulting role.

Kim always has a craft project on-the-go in her spare time and feels passionate about promoting creative expression for everyone - even those who think they don't have a creative/artistic bone in their body. She has made and sold a number of products herself over the years and is currently the owner and head designer of My Forever Bears - https://myforeverbear.wordpress.com - a company that makes Memory Bears and Cushions. She fully understands how much Creative Individuals would prefer not to deal with the bean counting and number crunching at all.

Kim is also a strong believer in uplifting and supporting other women, particularly Solopreneurs and Entrepreneurs, who in turn are providing platforms for other women to grow.
